Individually; we sometimes find it too difficult and believe it's impossible to change our own health dilemmas.
We at Truck Stop Events with our new HEALTH program " Walk A Mile America" believe Americans can get the job done.
On January 15, 2007 Walk a Mile America began developing programs to encourage all Americans and specifically the drivers in the trucking industry to bring about a health change in themselves and the health of our great nation.
No matter if you drive a truck, work in an office or fly the space shuttle, live in the city or in the country, Walk A Mile America’s 'step by step' program is set up so every one can set a goal for themselves to walk ONE MILE in the next few months and become part of the National Walk A Mile success program.
