Lose weight while you walk
Try a short walk, and then throw a few pennies on the ground. Walk, bend and pick up (1) penny, walk and pick up some more. You will lose weight and decrease your mid section.

Being a healthy person is not easy. I have a degree in sports and even I have a hard time getting my butt moving. The trick, if there is one is to make a commentment to yourself. 5) Never over do your work out programs. Injuries cancel more start up exercise programs than quitting them.
6) Always call for help when you’re not sure what you are suppose to do. We don’t charge on our help line and we can get you the right answer or to the right doctor.
